Apple 4 will be available for a pre-order from June 15 and shipping will start from June 24, to 5 countries US, UK, Japan, Germany and France. Existing AT&T iPhone users can upgrade to iPhone 4. The latest price of iPhone 3GS in India is for 36000 16GB and 41000 for 32GB model. So when iPhone 4 is launched in India, it would cost around 38000-45000INR.

BlackBerry Bold 9700 and one of BlackBerry’s most petite handsets, the Curve 8900, look and feel practically as if they were stamped from the same die. Both measure exactly 4.29 inches tall and 2.36 inches wide, with the Bold packing just a smidge of extra flab on the belly for a thickness of 0.56 inches and weight of 4.3 ounces with battery. Make no mistake: the extra decimals can’t do much to diminish the superbly pocketable size and weight of the new Bold, which sidles up right next to the very similar Curve 8900 as one of the most portable smartphones we’ve ever tested.Like almost all BlackBerrys, the Bold 9700 places the screen and QWERTY keyboard front and center, with a strip of the most commonly used controls (talk, end call, back, etc.) dividing the two, easily accessible with a thumb. On the right-hand side, a bubbled-out volume rocker and camera shutter button make it easy to access those dedicated functions.

Cubed For Android: A Mesmerizing Music Player

As the name implies, the navigation interface is a cube: spin it up or down to browse by album covers or twirl it left and right for quick alphabetical searches. If you’re not into the cube thing, 3 offers two other views. The wall option shows a scrollable grid with two columns of album covers, while the boring view is just a plain text listing. Actually, it may be called boring, but the large artist name with smaller album title has a little Microsoft ZuneHD feel. Each view still shows music controls, making it easy to play, shuffle and skip around.Overall, the free download offers a far better visual interface than the standard Music app found in Android. I’ve included the QR code above for Android handset owners, so happy listening and don’t get too mesmerized by the addictive cube!

Toshiba launches world’s fastest mobile phone

The device is available on a 24-month, £39.15 per month plan from Orange as of today.
Unfortunately the phone is let down by its OS – Windows 6.1. The INQ had a fumble with the handset at the launch event last night, but even the Tosh and Orange demonstrators found it a tad cumbersome to navigate at times.

Xun Chi 138 – World’s Smallest Phone

This cute little Chinese phone is 67mm long, making it arguably the smallest phone available anywhere. But – somehow it crams in a VGA camera with video recording, a video player, photo editor, MP3 player w/EQ settings, voice recorder, 121 MB of memory, a 260,000-color touchscreen, handwriting recognition, multimedia messaging, web browser, GPRS, calendar with multiple alarms, handsfree speakerphone, vibrating alert, games, calculator and unit converter! Despite its amazingly small size, it’s still usable…SMS addicts, however, will quickly get frustrated trying to peck out long messages with the tiny onscreen keyboard, or with handwriting recognition.As well as the ability to make calls, the Xun Chi 138 has 128MB of storage, audio playback software, GPRS and some sort of camera. It’s labelled ‘1.3 MEGA PLIX’, but we’ve never actually heard of a ‘PLIX’, so we aren’t making any promises.
